Sharon Janny den Adel (born July 12, 1974) is the lead singer and lyricist in the Dutch gothic metal band Within Temptation. After having given birth to a baby girl, Eva Luna, with her boyfriend and band guitarist Robert Westerholt on December 7th 2005, the pair is taking a break. Within Temptation should be back fairly soon, seeing as their latest DVD The Silent Force Tour has reached chart positions in over 4 countries.
