Sherri DuPree was born on December 3, 1983, in Tyler, Texas. She is the daughter of Boyd and Kim Dupree, and the second eldest of six children. She is a vocalist, guitarist and lyricist for the band Eisley. Three of her siblings, Chauntelle, Stacy and Weston are also members of Eisley, along with her cousin, Garron DuPree. Her drawings can be seen on many of the Eisley T-shirts as well as on most of their CDs.
