SilverSpirit is a British two-man electronic music band formed of Tommy Bailey (lyrics/vocals) and Daniel Graham (music composition/production).

Members

Daniel Graham was born in Hastings on 8 September1980 and began writing music at the age of eight. SilverSpirit's music, a combination of pop, dance and dark electronica, using two synthesizers, a Korg Trinity Pro and an Alesis Ion.

Tommy Bailey was born in Maidstone on 7 June 1983 and writes real-life inspired lyrics that are organic, often gritty and raw, in stark opposition to the unreal digital soundscape they sit within.

History

SilverSpirit formed in 2000 after Bailey and Graham met in 1999 through mutual friends and worked together to produce a rough-around-the-edges album, Closer, tracks from which they performed in clubs in the Hastings area.

Between 2002 and 2006, SilverSpirit remixed tracks for other artists on loop-based music site ACIDplanet.com, while also putting together a second album, Maybe next time.

In 2006, they began to kick-start musical interest by redesigning their website and adding their presence to other online music sites, such as purevolume.com

They are currently re-recording and producing their first album with more up-to-date mixing methods and better synthesizers.
