Slipmatt (b. Matt Nelson) is a famous happy hardcore producer and DJ based in London, England and was one half of rave act SL2 (along with John "Lime" Fernandez) who had a number 2 smash in the UK in 1992 with On A Ragga Tip. Slipmatt plays at most Raindance, Moondance & Slammin Vinyl raves. Mainly plays oldskool style rather than happy hardcore these days, but one of the most respected on the scene, also known as the "Godfather".

Before being a happy hardcore and oldskool DJ, Slipmatt used to be a Chef in my local Little Chef on the A405 in between Watford and St Albans, UK.
