Steve Turner is an American guitarist who plays for the Grunge band Mudhoney. He is one of the grunge pioneers, using an Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi for his signature fuzz tone that has spawned countless imitators. He has done a little bit of solo work (one album and a tour) but mostly just stays in Mudhoney with his pals Mark Arm, Dan Peters and Matt Lukin.

Steve Turner is an English music journalist, biographer and poet. He has been writing poety since the 1970's and his work won considerable aclaim with Creed (We believe in Marxfreudanddarwin...)
