| Tino was a moderately successful Latino pop singer in the early 1980s. Also known by the name Brian Anzelc. He had gone largely unknown until he gained internet notoriety when the album cover of his 1983 album Por Primera Vez (translation: For the First Time) began to circulate on internet forums and blogs. It has since been lauded by many critics as one of the worst album covers ever made.
