| Tyrone Davis (born May 4, 1938-February 9, 2005) was a soul music singer. He was born in 1938 to John and Falker Davis. He had made some great soul records for the Dakar and Columbia labels in the 1970s. Davis' best-known hits were "Turn back the hands of time" and "Can I change my mind". He died in a UCLA Medical Center of complications due to a stroke he never recovered from in late 2004.
