| Wilhelm Bernhardt Molique (October 7, 1802 - 1869), German violinist and composer, was born at Nuremberg. He learnt the violin at Munich under Pietro Rovelli. In 1826 he became music-director at Stuttgart. As a composer for the violin Molique was commonly compared with Spohr. He also wrote some charming songs.
