Musicians - William Rimmer


William Rimmer (d. 1936) was a Lancashire composer and conductor of brass band music who was particularly well-known for his marches. In 1909, he won the Crystal Palace Championship with the Fodens Motor Works Band, which he had created just one year earlier.
