| Rampage World Tour is a video game. This game was released in 1997 as the sequel to the original Rampage, which was released only in arcades in 1986. RWT takes place in several cities in the world. The monsters eat people or food in this game, crush buildings, destroy helicopters, etc. They are George (a King Kong-like gorilla), Lizzie (a Godzilla-like dinosaur/lizard), and Ralph (a giant werewolf). The game was re-released as part of Midway Arcade Treasures 2 on October 11, 2004. That compilation was released for the Nintendo GameCube, Sony PlayStation 2, and Microsoft Xbox game consoles. GameplayImproved over that of the original game, the monsters can now eat powerups in buildings and fly around the world. Every time a "World Tour" icon is found and eaten, the next few levels will take place in a foreign location, until a Scumlabs plant is destroyed. In this game, the player has some control over the course of the game. In the first level, Peoria, a tourism billboard cycles through different regions in the country (Northeast, Southwest, etc). Destroying the billboard when it is showing one of these regions will send the player in that direction. Players may also choose to eat or ignore the "World Tour" powerups and control whether they leave the country. The game will not end until every American location has been destroyed, which may cause some erratic traveling around towards the end of the game. List of cities that Rampage World Tour takes place inNote: This order of this list is based on one possible route. The cities may appear in a different order depending on which direction you choose to go at the start of the game.
