X-Men II: The Fall of the Mutants is a computer game designed by Charles Griffith, developed by Paragon Software, and published by Medalist International in 1989. The game features the X-Men comic book characters and was based on the Fall of the Mutants storyline.

The game is set in a top-down map. When combat ensues, players have the option of fighting the battle in a turn-based RPG sysyem or participating in the battle directly in a side-scrolling arcade mode. Players select their team of five usable characters from a wide range of X-Men superheroes.
